Effective June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Throughline, an operations platform provided by Lane Compliance Systems ("Throughline," "we," "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members ("seats") you add to your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may cancel at any time; your workspace stays active through the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review the charge in good faith.
You agree not to:
The records you and your team enter remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. We will not access your workspace content except as needed to operate, secure, or support the service, or as required by law. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Throughline available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Throughline disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable window.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lane Compliance Systems is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: please use our contact form.
